LeagueOptix (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at leagueoptix.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Account data. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Guest users are assigned an anonymous token — no email required.

Event & schedule data. Team names, schedule constraints, and generated schedules you create in the app are stored in our database and associated with your account.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only the Stripe payment intent ID and amount paid — your card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Usage data. We log anonymized page views and feature usage events (e.g., “generator_started”, “purchase_completed”) tied to a session ID, not to a personally identifiable user. IP addresses are not retained in analytics logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate the service — authenticate your session, save your schedules, and process payments.
• To improve the product — understand which features and pages are most used (using anonymized analytics).
• To communicate — transactional emails (password reset, payment confirmation) only. We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Vercel — hosting and edge network (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Neon — database (neon.tech/privacy-policy)

4. Data Retention

Guest accounts and their associated data are retained for 90 days from the last activity, then deleted. Registered accounts retain data for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at the address below.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure) to maintain authentication state. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@leagueoptix.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
